The Sanctuary Woods Estate
is a 3800 sq. ft. private residence set on nearly 4 acres. It is located across the street from Eldean Shipyard and borders the beautiful Sanctuary Woods Park and Trails. It has all the
comforts of home. The living room features a 20-foot ceiling
and windows and a slider to the deck overlooking the the creek. The 5 bedrooms, 2 with a king
beds, one with a full bed and a twin bed, a bedrooms with bunk beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The large TV room has bunkebeds and this provide sleeping
for up to 12 plus baby/toddler (toddler bed is in Master). Other features include 3 full baths and 2 half baths, 4 smart TV's, a washer and dryer,
central air conditioning, a gas grill on the large screened in porch, large grass yard, and a 3 stall garage. All linens and bath towels are
provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Internet
Access is Provided.
Get ready for a little family competition, as, there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard table, basketball hoop, and a horse shoe pit on site.
You have access to the private Macatawa Beach that is just a lazy walk away. The Secluded Laketown Township Beach is 4 miles South off 66th st and the Saugatuck State Park trails and beach are 6 miles South.

Memorial Day Week: $2250/week or $525/midweek night and $675/weekend night with a 3 night minimum
June 1-15: $2450/week or $525/midweek night and $675/weekend night with a 3 night minimum
June 16 - 30: $2950/week or $525/midweek night and $725/weekend night with a 3 night minimum
July: $3450/week
August 1-15: $3250/week
August 16-31: $3150/week or $525/midweek night and $625/weekend night with a 3 night minimum
Labor Day Week: $2950/week or $595/midweek night and $695/weekend night with a 3 night minimum

October through April: $1450/week
